These fee-for-service assessments are available to all our patients. No membership is required. Wellness and screening programs are dependent on availability.

* Most wellness services may be reimbursed by Extended Health plans. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit payment for these services. Receipts and medical certificates will be issued for claiming reimbursement from your private insurer.
