Welcome to our Family Practice Clinic! We understand that navigating healthcare can raise many questions. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common inquiries. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

General Questions

1. What services do you provide?
We offer a comprehensive range of services including check-ups, vaccinations, chronic disease management, mental health support, minor procedures, and preventive care.

2. How can I make an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling our clinic directly if you have a registered family physician with us. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time and date. Walk-in patients are welcome on a first come first served basis.

3. What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your BC Care Card, a list of any medications you are currently taking, and any relevant medical records. It’s also helpful to prepare a list of questions or concerns you want to discuss.

4. What are your hours of operation?
Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 10am-5 pm. 

Please note that our hours of operation depend on doctor availability. 

Phone lines will open at 9 am Mon to Fri. Saturdays 9:30 to 4 pm.

5. What charities do you contribute to?
We are proud contributors to BC Cancer foundation and Agha Khan foundation. Please refer to the links provided to see how you can contribute.

Insurance and Payments

6. Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept MSP.  If you do not have MSP coverage then payment for services will be required.   Receipts will be provided for reimbursements by your 3rd party insurer.  Please check with your provider regarding coverage.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We do not accept AMEX.

Health Concerns

8. What should I do if I have a medical emergency?
For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 

9. How do you handle prescription refills?
For prescription refills, if you are registered with a family physician/nurse practitioner in our office, please contact your pharmacy or reach out to our clinic at least a few days before you run out of your medication. You need to either speak to our physician or ask your pharmacy to send us a fax request.

10. Can I see a specialist through your clinic?
Yes, if your condition requires specialized care, we can provide referrals to trusted specialists in the area.

FLU shots are available now
